Sounds like drop D tuning. You can play it in standard tuning but you sacrifice that nice low D (E) string intro.
Intro goes: D,A,Bm,G then, D,A,G sus,G.
1st verse is same as intro except an A chord between the two sets of 4.
At "Have you ever been that kind of lonely" Chords go: D,A,G,A (twice)
then, "Have you ever missed somebody", Bm,C,C,B,Bb,A,F-pause-
intro chords twice.
The next part repeats all above.
After the words "I have", comes a bridge: (A),Bm,C,Bm,C,
D,A,Bm,G,D,Am,Gsus,G
Cool song! I might have to learn that sucker. Guaranteed to make the ladies cry and stir up some much needed sympathy for some some love starved dude.
