Help! I’ve wanted to learn how to play this song forever!  May I perhaps bother you kind folks for the chords?  I’ve searched every site there is and haven’t had any luck .

Skinfan, I judged the song as simple after listening to a cover of it on u-tube. Listening to your link of Mary Chapin Carpenter (she's a killer) doing her original version, I see now this is going to be a long project sculling out the chords by listening to her.
i'm wondering how much you really love and need this song.
If it's a "gotta have" for you musically, I will get started on it in a few days. If it's a whim, I will happily forget it because I have other material to work on. Like you, I really appreciate this fine tune.

skinfan, I have typed words and chords on my notebook onto a file in "my Documents". Here's where I come up short:
I don't know a way to attach that file to an e-mail to you.
My grandson will be over tomorrow to help me but if you have any advice to enable me to mail you this file, I would appreciate it.

No trouble at all.  I just sent an email to ya with my email address.  When you’re about to compose the message, click ‘attach files’  which’ll be located either above or below the subject line, then once you find the file in ‘my documents’ insert it and send .  you’re all set!!  Thanks Again for everything smile!
