Topic: Got any good Dog songs?

I was just missing my dog who passed around the middle of this past year which got me looking around for dog songs on the net.  I noticed there are a bunch of Dog songs but not really collected in a list anywhere of more than a hand full so I figure we should get one going here. I found one that I'd never heard before that's pretty good so I'll start it off with this one:

I Love My Dog - Cat Stevens (kind of ironic - Cat wrote I Love My Dog)

I lost my own Ivy dog after she had a stroke last fall and have been missing her.  Poor old thing gave up on something the first time in her life on her last day.  Unfortunately, the 'thing' was standing up.  She just kept collapsing and finally just laid down and quit trying.

Sorry to hear about your dog. I am very attached to my aging dog. It's going to be a hard day when she goes. She got lyme disease last year and I wasn't sure she was going to make it. I wrote this one:

Hi again jets,I remebered another song from around the sixties,  Me and you and a dog named boo,I do not know who did it or if it is all about a dog. I think toots brought to mind a really old songcalled  How much is that doggie in the window? I do not think they are the same songs. Mr bojangles is just talking that his dog up and died and after twenty years he still grieves.
