The version of Sign Your Name by Terence Trent Darby on this site has some seriously inaccurate chords.

Below is the corrected version. I have checked it fastidiously.

It is illegal to post copyrite material so I have had to remove the lyrics and chords.

Welcome to Chordie but please read the 'Stickys' at the start of each section. They are there for your guidance so that you do not make mistakes like this.

It is commendable that you have taken the time to correct this song but what you should do is contact the site that hosts the incorrect version (look again at the song on Chordie and you will see it shown at the top of the page). You can then submit your alterations for their listing or better still request that they display your version of the song.

Hi David!  Welcome to Chordie!  As Roger suggested, please do read the stickys... I suggest starting with this basic one, the Forum Guidelines:  http://www.chordie.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=15055

What you will soon find is that Chordie doesn't actually host any of the songs here.  They are hosted all over the internet at other sites and Chordie actually works more like a search engine to make finding your favorite songs easier, as well as displaying and easier to read version of the song.
