Topic: strumming

hi guys
i a new member and new to guitar.ive just started learning and can play a few easy songs.i was just wondering if any1 could help me with the strummin pattern for laugh and a half by d.a.d as i cant seem to figure it out.

I don't know that song.  However, there's a sticky in the top of this forum titled "strumming patterns video" that will teach you how to figure out strumming patterns for any song.  Take a look at that and see if it helps you.  Remember that learning to figure out patterns takes time, but the only way to learn is to try.  If nothing else, make up a completely different strumming pattern and call it an arrangement.  Good luck and have fun.
