Topic: reading chords
I know that if a chord has an "x" above a string that string is not strummed. If it has an "o" above it, it is strummed open. What does it mean if there is a diamond above a string?

Hi Steph and welcome to Chordie,
Some chord charts (like the one on Chordie) show a 'diamond' instead of an 'O' and as you already know this means it is played open.
