where do i have to put the capo when i transformed a song into -4 semitones?

You cannot lower the pitch 4 semitones with a capo but by putting it on the eighth fret and raising it 8 semitones you will be in the desired key albeit an octave higher. Fingering might be a little awkward with the capo so high up the fretboard though.

You might be better transposing to the desired pitch.
