Topic: How about the strums

Hey Chordie is absolutely awesome. As a beginner my biggest problem is knowing what strum to play with each song.  This would be great tif the strum was included.  I will survive without it as I find this is the best site by far I have come across.

Re: How about the strums

Hi PostJohn and welcome to Chordie,

None of the songs listed on Chordie, apart from originals in the Songwriting section, are hosted here. Chordie is a search engine and finds words and chords from other sites so strum patterns cannot be added. However if there is a particular song you want help with then ask in the appropriate section and I am sure that someone will give you assistance.

PS Are you from New Zealand as your e-mail address seems to indicate?

Re: How about the strums

Thanks for that Roger. Yep I am a Kiwi.  slightly mature with a few ruffled feathers. Playing the guitar is a development "opportunity" for me.  I love it.  This sight is awesome as I have just discovered.

cheers

Hi John,

Feel free to join in the discussions and ask when you need help or clarification but please read the 'Stickys' at the start of each section as they will give you guidance and what is allowed on things like copyight.

Enjoy Chordie,

Roger
