al dexter, new broom boogie

Hello can somebody help me please, i have only recently become aware of 'new broom boogie' and would love to be able to sing and play this great song but unfortunately i have not been blessed with any ability to work songs out, is there somebody who can undertake this for me. It would make this man a happy happy one.
