Topic: Piano tablature, to guitar?

Here I am again requesting some help with some songs(I will post them when I get home). But as for now, how does the whole piano to guitar thing work? Is it the same tablature? I have some songs i would like to learn and I will post them soon but I was just wondering in the time being. Thank you in advance.


Edit: Ok so here is one of the songs from a game I played as a kid growing up called "The Legend of Dragoon". The first song is called "Reminisence" by composer Dennis Martin. It's a beautiful song and I would love to be able to play it on the guitar because as of right now im not involved with the piano yet.
