Badeye
He was very smooth in how he sang and think he was better than the backup singer was. Have not heard a blues singer as smooth as him and he sounded almost like a big band singer. If you have listed to this one please take the time to listen . This is a good one.
Hello Friday,, it's a humid one,,, turn this one up...………

Elmore James was a good choice. I listened to some others of his after the one you picked. Sounded like he used a slide on his videos that was just sound with no real video.
Enjoyed Mr. James, Badeye ... thanks, I'd never heard of him before! He has a great singing voice, with lots of passion.
Morning all. early fix. Two of the greats together... RIP..

1961! We were just able to pick up WLAC-AM, (an after-dark, clear-channel blues station out of Nashville, TN) over our small transistor radio. After I began playing drums, that's where I and my bandmates got our blues training. Nice choice, Mr. Badeye! Nice memories too. There are a couple of cd's featuring the "John R" show sponsored by Randy's Record Shop*. I found them on amazon if you're interested. Not a bad deal.
