One of my favourites takes me back to going to his concerts and digging every minute of it.

Classic quality ... good choice. The drummer looks uncomfortable, as if his throne needs to be jacked up a few inches ... maybe just the camera angles.

Re: friday's blues fix
these two guys are really good together. I listened to a few more pieces of their work. They feed off each other for sure.
Thanks for sharing - and lets hope for some warm weather soon!

Re: friday's blues fix
Good album selection, Badeye.
I didn't listen to all of it, but there's lots of cool stuff on there I'd never heard before. And that's quite a list of names, TIG ... some of them remind me of Cheech & Chong's "Blind Melon Chitlins".

TF oh God Yes - I remember ol' BM Chitlins - for those who don't - here ya go.

Badeye thank you. Sam Lightnin' Hopkins is perfect for blues. I have listened to him before and he plays almost the same guitar sound on each song with different words. Good choice to list.

Nice one, Mr. Badeye! Great mix of piano and guitar. I had not even heard of Willie Love before this! Man, those guys must have been all over Mississippi and Tennessee!, playin' those "Juke Joints" with that fried chicken, fatback and fried green tomatoes smell!

Re: friday's blues fix
Another excellent choice, Badeye ... thanks!
I just learned that one of my favorite groups (Pink Floyd) was named by founder Syd Barrett in 1965, from the names of his two favorite blues singers, PinkAnderson and FloydCouncil. Cool ...
