Topic: Acoustic Guitar & Harmonica

Well I did my first recording after my mic input is working. I just used a single mic  about a foot away from the guitar and midway between the guitar and my mouth for height. I used a flat pick and palm muted some.
Equipment used
KSM-27 Shure Condensor Mic
into a Peavey Mixer
Epiphone DR 500 MNS  Guitar  unplugged
Hohner Blues Harp

Hey Wayne,

You done good there!  Really can't beat the audio capture capabilities of a Shur Mic.  Glad you took that foray into the recording wilderness, and looking forward to more from ya.

Keep on &

Good job done on this. My bro plays the harp and guitar. I am envious of you both. smile

Re: Acoustic Guitar & Harmonica

Thanks for the nice comments,

I know my voice is too low for most of Neil's songs, but my wife and daughter like that song so I wanted to try and get the guitar and harmonica figured out and put together.

Thanks,
