Contract by New Rider of Purple Sage, on Power glide

Hey hope someone out there knows this song. Ive got the first couple chords as D to A to Bm, then I cant hit that next chord Ive tried what I think in theory it should be but it sounds off. ALso any help with where the bridge goes would be great. THanks
