Topic: Singing to a womans soul

I am looking for some songs, any genre, that not only have good emotional and feeling lyrics, but also ones that sound as if the singer is singing to her soul.  Here are some that I think fall into this category.

I think you get the idea.  They have to have a great, almost sexy sound with emotional lyrics.  I know there are plenty out there, but I don't know as many as I would like to.  Can you guys give me some more ideas?  I would appreciate it very much.  If they make you cry when you're singing them, all the better.

One of my fav's as a woman is Tesla, Paradise.  My husband used to work out of town a lot, and we actually fell in love while he was working out of town, so this one has always spoken to me.  Sorry this thread is a little old, but I just caught up with this one and "Sara's songs" (is he still on here?)

I know old doll.  These songs and a few others keep me going.  And with the addition of the ones you have shown me, I shall mesmerize the ladies.  That's what I want to do, you know.  At my age why should I bother, you may ask.  Beacause it comes from the heart and makes you ladies feel good about life and love.

Old Doll, I want to thank you for those songs earlier.  Especially the Charlie Landsborough song.  I listened to that one and thought, "A nice song", then I listened to it again about ten times, and I absolutely love that song.  I found the chords to it and will add it to my repertoir.  I have to listen to it many times to get the right melody, but I am going to work on it.  That is a song that comes along every few years for me and I can't believe how beautiful it is.  Thanks again for bringing it into my life.

Im glad you liked Charlie.
He is one of the most beautiful artist to go see live. Chill aint the word. Peace tranquility and calm emanate from this artist.
I always feel like  ive been meditating for a month after his shows.
I guarantee his song you will sing constantly.   Yes, you are right about woman bensonp, we do love to be sung to. At any age its adorable to meet a man who thinks like you. One 80 year old man told me last year, "you know dear you have a beautiful smile i love to look at. . I was so pleased he took the time to tell me. Most men wouldn't. It made me feel good.

Raul Malo - Your only lonely... the entire album.  Does a cover of a couple of songs mentioned on here, including the title track.  Raul is formerly the lead singer of the Mavericks, a country music band of the 90's. His solo career is much tighter, and hold true to a "Crooner" type of feel…  Mr. Malo is an artist's artist.  I saw him live in Nashville in a small private setting a couple of years ago...  "Feels like Home." The songs are mostly cover's and you can find them on here. 

Also like Garth Brooks version of "To make you feel my love"
