i am into to writting and singing country music. i am looking for people to start a band. i am also teaching myself acoustic guitar.  i really need someone to play drums, bass guitar, piano and/or keyboards, and maybe another guitar. i am 15 years old yes i know thats young but i have a heart for music. i do only play country music theres a tiny bit of rock and pop sometimes. i live in wyoming. if interested or have any questions message me or email me @

Hi Brittney and Welcome to Chordie!

  Well it looks like folks are reading your post.... just not responding.  Seeing as how nobody has said howdy yet, let me be the first to extend a welcome.  There are good people here on Chordie, and don't lose heart if you don't get too many band inquiries right off.  Seems to me that being in Wyoming like the rest of us Western States (except maybe California) there aren't a bunch of Chordians hiding behind every sagebrush.  I'm like one of the three here in Oregon and we're way too far apart to get together on a regular basis.

  Get hooked up via Googletalk or Skype and video jam with like minded people.  It's the next best thing to being in the same room, and you can collaborate on tunes, work out the musical arrangements, and when you can get together everybody will be on the same page.

  Above all keep on making music!

Hey Forever, Welcome to Chordie and a wealth of info and good people. New here myself and feel welcomed like you should. At 15 you have alot of time ahead of you to refine your playing, singing and writing etc. Gotta give you credit for being assertive tho.
Must be local peers for you to connect with? How about a music shop near by? Keep on with your goals and goodluck!! Mike
