Topic: Pete Seeger Get Up And Go

I'd LOVE to play Pete Seeger's Get Up And Go, but can't find chords anywhere.  It doesn't sound hard, (I've listened to it a million times on YouTube) but I haven't been able to puzzle the chords out for myself, either.

I'm a fairly new player...got the basic chords and transitions down (G,F, A, A7, E, Em, Am, D, C, G7...).  If anyone can help me out, keeping within these simple chord ranges, I'd appreciate it.
