Graham

That was a good cover.  I had no idea who Robin Trower was - had to look him up.Pretty sad song from my perspective.

I have tried to use the trio, but I can't get it to work for me (mostly bc I suck at guitar) smile

I thought the distortion was a bit much - hard to hear your voice.
Thanks for sharing though - found someone new to give a hoot to.

Cheers  Jim  I  believe   Robin used  a univibe   on this  track   and  I  dont  have  one   so  I  cranked  up  the  drive   and  added  delay   and  chorus .It  should  be  clearer vocal  when  we  do  it  through  the  bands  PA  ,but  great  feedback  as  ever   .We  may  only  be  a  small  group   on here at  the  moment   but I  apreciate  the  way  we  can all  give  honnest  coments   about   our  various  projects .
Re  the  trio   they  are  a  usefull tool  but  not  good  for  live performance   as   they can   give  odd  results .  but  if  you  percevere  and  play  basic  chords  you  can usualy  get  a  good    backing track .  I  then   record it  into  the  looper  and  build  on that .

Graham,

Thanks for that info on trio - I appreciate it

Be sure to give us a band version of that track _ I will look forward to hearing it.

It  will  be  later  in the  year  Jim   as  Paul  our  bass man is  in  India   at  the  moment   having  a  well  earned   break   I  think  we  will  be   back  rehearsing  in March   for  a gig  in April  .But  I  will  put  it  into  the  set   so  we  should  get  a  good    version  on vid .
