Ok I heard the verse and chorus, try this:
Verse + intro: Bbm7,F#sus2,Ebm7,Ab7-Ab
Chorus: C#,C#7,F#sus2,Ebm,Absus4-Ab
C#,C#7,F#sus2,C#/F,Eb,Ab,Absus6,C#
I have only heard like 2 mins, just tell me if it differs much later on.

I only did until 45 secs so far.This may look confusing, and if it makes no sense, you can try posting the lyrics here, and I place the chords accordingly.
Try:

not 100% sure, but I hear:

This is how I hear it, I hope it's just about right
