well panic over for now, i went into history and my pages were logged with my undeleted song book, so i tried to save a new song to the song book and it worked, i then rebooted abd the song book was still there, so all good upto know.
the reason i deleted the song book was i had an empty song book and wanted to delete it but it deleted all my song books?
so if you loose it go to history you might get it back
