Try www.looknohands.com/chordhouse/. It's an amazing site....features chords for beginners as well as advanced players. Shows the chord diagrams and also plays the chord so you hear how it sounds. It's excellent!
I noticed this on a lot of music sites. Many times the poster will write out the song the way he knows it, probably in the key he sings it in, which I think is wrong. The best way is to post the song in it's proper key, THEN once you've learned it, transpose it to suit yourself. Makes it easier for me anyway.
