Upon reflection, I think the tuning is CGCGCE.

So... to recap...

Capo 4
Tuning: CGCGCE
The entire chord progression seems to be variations on E and A.

Now there's no excuse for this not to be tabbed.  It just has to be done by someone with more free time than I currently have.

Hopefully someone will figure this out, because it's a great song and I really want to play it.

The big road block for me is determining what tuning she's playing in.

In that video, she's got her capo at the 4th fret.  Strumming along in normal tuning without a capo, I've pinned down that the only chords in the song are E, E* (002100), A.

But, like I said, the tuning isn't leaping out at me, and on that video it's difficult to make out her fingering.
