Hi - my first post too - I was looking for the chords for this and found your request! Anyway, I just watched Dolly sing it on YouTube, and figured it out. I found it helps to listen to the bass, rather than the piano.
It starts in G and has 2 key changes 
So....
G G/B C
G G/B C
Em Am Em Am Dsus D (Repeat for second verse)
Bridge:
Cm F Bbmaj7
Fm Bb7 Eb
Gm C F C Dm C
G C
Then the next verse starts with Ab:
Ab Ab/C Db
Ab Ab/C Db
Fm Bbm Fm Bbm Ebsus Eb (Repeat for fourth verse - guitar solo)
And the SECOND bridge starts with Dbm, and is as before but one fret higher, and the last verse now modulates to A.
