I got an eastman a month ago for my birthday. I have played guitar all my adult life and never knew how fun the mando
could be. Enough that I am trying to find some pickers to put together a little bluegrass and other stuff band. Mandolin Cafe
is a great site and you can get a good cd to learn some intermediate stuff from "bluegrassbooksonline.com.

Hi,
I am wanting to put something together and find some chemistry with other musicians. No pressure enviornment,
geared towards a bluegrass sound but not limited to only bluegrass. Possibly something original sounding with roots
in early country, maybe some gospel sounding harmonies. Just mainly interested in finding other musicians to jam with
for starters. I play guitar and am just getting to work on the mandolin. I also sing lead or harmony/backup vocals.
