Re: About the generations on chordie (32 replies, posted in Chordie's Chat Corner)
Well im Max, and im 16. I like listening to the old rock like led zepplin, frank zappa, black sabbath..etc
i also like punk rock, the sex pistols, ramones, the clash, operation ivy etc....
I only play acoustic so that when i jump on the electric the strings are way easier to manuever. my hands will just shred on the electric.
Im self taught, so i think im doing pretty good since i can play jimmy page's solos like nothin.

Well for strumming i would buy an acoustic. I think it sounds more classical and well, much better than strumming on an electric. but, like all things, playing certain chords just mean more practice of them will make them perfect

Now, not everybody can afford to buy guitars, and especially good ones. And i thought it would be cool to see other peoples dream guitars. ill start with mine. mine is the Gibson les paul, with the black finish and the gold trimming. mmm, it makes me shiver.

Topic: singing (16 replies, posted in Acoustic)
I at first just wanna say that i am obssessed with this site. every song that i can play is because of this song. I love to hear a new song, jump on chordie, find it print it. ill jump on my acoustic (nicknamed Madison) and learn it. Though, i cant get over the fact that i dont have the singing abilities that would allow me going public. Is there any way i can improve my singing ability or using the guitar to kinda fit my voice? any help is appreciated. thanks.
