I've got a GAX 75. It's a very good guitar. The action is smooth. Running stock pick-ups, and the sound is decent. They're a great guitar for the money.

Dragonfire, and Guitar heads.... Never heard of them... It would probably be better to stick with name brands though like Duncans, and E.M.Gs. That way you know you're getting good stuff.

Anyone have any tabs for  Nonpoint? The group rocks, but can't find anywhere.

It all depends. Have you played it? If not, I'd recommend not buying anything unless you've had a chance to play it, and see how it feels. You don't want something that's going to tear your hands up.

This guitar is kind of rare. Smooth playing. Great looking. (very heavy) But it came with 2 single coil pick-ups that hum really bad. I want to convert it over to humbuckers, but don't want to hurt the value of the guitar. Is it worth destroying the value for sound, or should I keep using it as a decoration, and play my other guitars?

Thanks for the input. Think I'll go ahead, and get it ordered. And thanks for the welcome. smile

I'm thinking about picking up this GAX 75, but would like to know if they're a decent axe. I found it on-line so I haven't played it. Any feed-back you guys can give me would be appreciated. thanks.
