I saw a thread earlier talking about the greatest american artists. I would defintely have to include Joni Mitchell in that discussion. Anyone who has that career that has spanned as long as hers deserves to be considered a great american artist. I picked her latest release shine at my umg internship and she did not dissapoint. She continues to make music that fights for something and for that deep message its awesome. Check her site, Im sure there  is more on her on the site.

Has anyone listened to Joni Mitchell's new CD Shine? I just picked it up and I'm in love. It's such a relaxing album. I've been a fan of hers for so long, she's so talented. I love to find music that moves me like that. Its complete admiration for such incredible talents, and I find Joni Mitchell to be one of them. Anyway, has anyone heard it? If so, do you like it??
