well i'm from the UK and tryin to avoid an america shop as the p&p will cost quite a lot. If it isn't from a different country i could stretch to £500, so i think i can fins a decent guitar for that amount, not sure what thoug!! thanks a lot for you're comments everyone, i'll take them into consideration!! once again, saved by chordians!!

heya i want to get a decent guitar and i'm not really too worried about money. I'm not keen on the flying Vs and i just want a nice guitar thats easy to play and good to look at. I'm thinking of Fender or Gibson... any preferences?

it does the same to mine as well. the only thing i can think of is to email it to yourself and print off the email. hope this helps

I was talking to my dad earlier on and he said that he's found a lot of viruses on his computer, all from chordie.

I just wanted to know is this a completely safe site?? I havn't found anything and i think its great, but I'm a bit wary now. I'm scanning my laptop every day just in case, so could someone do the same and see if it picks anything up please??

ok thank you i understand the hammer on and pull offs now and kind of the wiggling thing but im not too sure on bending the string. how do you make it sound like another fret?? or do you just kind of bend it and guess??
wen you bend on fret 3 to sound like fret 5, do you just bend the string up then slide it to 5?? i sound soo stupid! sorry!!

ok you helped me out bfore and im hoping i can be helped again, i now know kind of how to read tabliture (where to put ur fingers on which frets) but i don't understand these:

pull off?
hammer on?
bend string?
wiggle string??

how do you do them and what do they mean?? 

i sound dumb but i'm not honest, just 14 and blonde!! haha

ive just learnt tabs, but im new to it all and really need help on power chords!! what are they, when do you use them and what relation do they have with tabs?? and can anybody tell me a simple tab for the guns n roses song sweet child o mine please?? i have never had lessons and finding it really hard to teach myself!!! (being 14 i don't have any money either to get a tutor!!)
