I believe that when you sing/play someone elses work you should put what ever spin
on it you want. Imitate them, sing it in your own dialect/language, or do what ever you
want. Who cares what others think? This is YOUR interpretation, NOT THEIRS!
Some folks CAN actually improve on the original, some cannot. Experimentation and
imitation is the way new acts/singers/players are born!
Elvis is PROOF that some people are worth more dead than alive.
Had he continued to live, unless he underwent some MAJOR changes,
he would have probably faded from the limelight. Can you imagine
him weighing more than he already did trying to do his "gyrations"
and old rock and roll?
His concerts, television appearances and anything else he did would
have had to have drastically changed.
It is SAD that he's gone but, I just can't imagine what would have
happened if he was still around.
I am looking for certain songs/lyrics/chords that do not seem to be available on
any of the sites I've visited....

Propinquity - Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
Junk - Paul McCartney
and several others... can anyone help?
