hey! i am from INDIA [KOLKATA].perhaps i am the youngest here ,just going to be 15 this year.i started playing acoustic guitar for last 5 or 6 months.i compose & write songs & currently is the member of a band,WAVES...........i am the lead rythm guitarist[though still learning],lyricist& backing vocals...................well lead life the way it should.........rock it & dont miss chances as they never give you another chance...................ENJOY:)

yaar! try to watch the live show videos of the bands who are not doing much rock & have an acoustic sound .it wold help you............like jal,roxen,blue knight,mltr etc............ moreover sites like www.guitar.about.com
& www.guitarmx.com gives you an impresive tutorial about such matters & a complete free package for learning the basic of guitar.and the only way to learn guitar is to never give up...............so keep practising especially the chords

yaar it si not so tough playing a barre chord .it does not require huge strenth as it seems.just try to place the curves in the fingers between the strings.try to play barre chords such as f which are at the top of the fret board[ie. slim part of the fret board ].try it .hope it will help you........:)

yaar i can now play all the bar chords neatly but the problem arises when i try to change from a normal chord to barre chord...it takes a lot of time .....any suggestions???????
