im an excellent guitar player and I can sing for a band but i would like to be just a back up singer not a lead vocal. im used to working with 2 guitars and i have tons of my own songs and i do make them often. I also like to play other artists songs. i do ac/dc lynard skynard and just about all rock.

thanks, i started the song with the chords hoping to put a solo in it make it more little wing but then i kinda swung towards counting crows styled work. this was like my bands soft song. Everything just sorta fell together in place

this is a song i wrote with my band "Crimson Insanity" got the inspiration from 'little wing' by Jimi Hendrix. each chord has a count of 4

strum is down, down, up, down, up, down and D gets a double count

NOTE:long gaps between lyrics. the F chord in this song doesnt have the the barre chord part of it like this
E 0
A 0
D 3
G 2
B 1
e 0

F           C                G                     D
So you want to ride the angels wings

F           C       G               D
Now i know, what your thinking

F          C             G                    D
If i could fly, I'd pass you all bye

F           C       G                 D
I would go, as far as the kings

F        C           G          D
For a pair of angel wings

BRIDGE: play each note once for a line until you get to D start the normal 8 count strum pattern again

F
Angel wings that came from the sky-yi

C
Now you feel as if you'll never die-yi

G
Your as happy as can be

D
its time to set them free(whispered)

(normal chorus strum)

F       C           G          D
OH-WOAH all this!

F       C            G              D
for a pair of angels wings!

please let me know how you liked it

i got a squier telecaster. its custom and costed around $500 but i love it to death. i dont know your price range. but im a telecaster man. i got an epiphone les paul. not that good. if your getting an epiphone, i really like the epiphone SG. my friend has one. its pretty nice. I would not recommend b.c. rich or ibanez. amp wise, Line 6 all the way for me. easy to get used to and still good to use as a pro. any tone you need its got it. i got my 30 watt one for $199
