What guitar settings do you have to have to get the 'Plug in Baby' sound?

By settings i mean what pickup, tones etc.

also what settings do i need on my amp...does Plug in Baby use effects???

This is sort of a big request because i have no idea what the song is called, i only know the intro riff, and even that might not be right. Try playing this on your guitar and see what you think.
