Hey Guys,

I'm a Tasmanian female vocalist looking for a band or guitarist to perform with. Can anyone help??? I also play guitar but I'm still learning. I have written some of my own music and I used to be an Events Organiser for the Australian Songwriters Association in Tasmania. It would be most appreciated if anyone could offer any help at all.

ok...you need a name... well what kind of band are you in for a start...original or covers?? Also it depends on the look your after too... you need to take in the entire picture of what genre of music you play even down to the personality types that you hev in the band...the last thing you want is for you all to be arguing about the name. Either that or pick something so random and unrelated that just by seeing the name on a poster make people want to come and see you out of intrest. Hope this helps.

The best band ever... Hmmm... thats a big call to make... It's difficult to choose just one and from only one genre.  Well It's just impossible..I'll list a couple of fave's though: Gomez - great to lay back and chill out too, Pink Floyd - got that psychodelic yet captivating feel, Led Zepplin - Classic Rock (what else needs to be said), The Doors - lyricl trippers, The Beatles - Just all round classic, Eric Clapton - Guitar solos to die for, Nirvana - grunge it out... The list could go on and on.
