Hi Dona I am new to the uke too. After arguing with my friend who tunes his uke to the "D" tuning whilst I prefer "C" we relised that the chords are the same just the names change. Just drop the name two semitones i.e d=c, c=b(flat) a=g, g=f, hope this helps
