Anybody know what I do wrong when none of the first lines of any song show up?

happened while trying to get the song "reno nevada" by ian matthews, and yes, the first line was not there..

Hey out there,
I wonder, is it only me, or are there more users that find the first and sometimes the second line of a song missing? am i doing something wrong?
