it's difficult for me to voice songs because I 'm not much of a singer.

I can't wait to see the video where you are playing that newbie and the other four guitars, bass,  as well as the drums - gonna be a heck of a video !  I ws  saddened not to see your Uke, but delighted to see the banjo and the Tambourine ! Hopefully they will all be in the Beamer One Man Band Video !!

OK  I don't get it.

If I have strings that are on my guitar that I have had for two years, and I play probably at lest 1/2 hour to an hour every day - but they are still perfectly in tune, why do I need to change them ?  Or even if I played four hours a day - but they are still in tune - why change ? 

What am I missing here ?   Remember that I am not a guitarist per say - so be gentle !

She is proudest when the old adage " silence is golden"  comes in to play.
I actually now have a small room where I can play and record ,so it works out fine.
I think my guitar playing is improving slowly ..........- my singing - well probably never - but its just the way it goes. I'm never gonna be tall either

Classical -- ahhh yes that is the problem.  These storms this time of year ------   Saturday is going to be 50 degrees and rain -  guess what -  MAJOR FLOODING will be next.

Only thing missing from these scenarios are locusts !

yup - we are supposed to get a whole lot through Wednesday  - when the forcasters say " paralyzing blizzard" - it's time to pay attention and prepare.

I  was headed fro the 70's too with Doby Gray's Drift away

Guess it'll have to wait til next round
