When one ask's me if I'm busy I usually say " I'm busyier than a one armed paper hanger
with the crabs". Now that's busy .

Yes I remember this saying as a kid. Another saying similiar to that one was 'freeze the nuts of a bridge'. Havent heard those in a while.

Poems are poems, when music is added, it then is a song.

If what you say about the man is true,
It would be hard to argue with you,
The hill he climbed was ever so steep,
Your thoughts about him are ever so deep.

Been watching the News and penned this.
When they suck all the oil out of the earth,
and the wheels down below get all rusty,
The tree's they all die,
the lakes all dry up,
and everything starts to get dusty.
All is lost, like a holicost,
no human remains can be found,
the oil barons pooled all their money,
bought a space ship for their new home.
just a future thought... Badeye

Well the holidays are finally over. We were all at home and things were very festive till X-mas day when we got bad news of my brother in law who took a massive heart attack and
didn't make it thru. The festive X-mas seemed to fade very quickly. We were all shocked at this
and the day before we were all together and had a few beers and played guitars and everything seemed fine. He was 58 years old and would do anything to help people who needed it. He leaves a wife and two sons and a grand daughter and two grand sons. He was a very good friend of mine going back some 30 years and will be missed by a lot of people.
Rest In Peace my friend.. Badeye..
