Bonedaddy!,

This is really very good. I cannot believe those girls are still being banned. I love them as a group.

Its the opposite on the Emerald, we here revere our Artist and Poets or anyone  who have the Sliótars { Leather  Balls} to have a go at our Goverment. "More Power to Ya" is usually the cry here.

Well isnt this what "Freedom Of Speech Is All About"?. Some one needs to grow a pair of Sliótars Stateside and give the Dixie Chicks there own freedom of speech on the airways.

Hypocrisy how are ya!

Ps . you should have more ops it brings out the best in you lol

Hi Tennnisbob,

This really does sound to me like repetitive strain.  Theres a very old cure called

" Comfrey Oinment" also "Arnica". I have used this and have recommended it in my  therapy practice.
My clients /family / friends have all had good results with same. My brothers and friends use it when skiing.
Ive used it for sports injuries for many years. along with "Arnica".  Also when you hold any part of the body tense, you can build up lactic acid which is very painful.  Take advice at your local health store. But i do feel its worth a try.

Good Luck.

Docs,

I have to agree with all of the above / or below. I so enjoy reading your songs.

Its a pleasure for me to come here and read new post. As UYK says " its hard to get around them all. In the short while ive been here , this section here has trippled its content.

I have hundreds of songs/ poetry / stories, half books / whole books/ written. But as someone said to me recently " They feel like
babies to us, and no longer hold the mystery when they are finally aired". If this is how you feel about your work then i respect this! But not because you feel your work is not good enough.
I cannot agree with you on this at all!

Way to hard on your self!

Love and light.

Young Boy out walking with his granddad one day!
Grandad " How come you lived so long, never sick and always strong?

Well now Son ill let you in a wee secret. From the time i was your age i always
put the smallest dot of gunpowder on my porridge. This i feel was my secret to a long and healthy life.
The old boy finally passes and the young boy continues with the dot of gunpowder, sometimes adding a little extra for good measure!

He lived to the ripe old age of 93. When he died he left 14 children, 25 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren and,

A 15 foot hole in the crematorium wall!   lol

My Home town,

Was a pretty rural place once with a country village. The very reason we bought here in the first place,
Corn/ wheat  fields, nature in abundance. country walks you name it we had it. Blessed.
I still love it although its now a sprawling concrete jungle.
I can still drive within 15/ minutes or so to be on the nicest beaches or out in the countryside.

So im still blessed. I give thanks.

Thanks Jets.

Hi Docs,

Ah i love this. Your a very deep thinker "Our Docs".

I remember my Mam telling me This one time as a child. We { my Mam and I} were walking home late from a Aunts house.  A huge shooting star shot across the sky. My Mam said "bless
yourself daughter," as theres another soul just got permission to enter heaven!. Watch the stars  she said "as they dance and make space for the new soul."
Do you know i still do this on a starry night. Croatia being the best recently i seen in many a year. Way up a mountain and not influenced by  any other light.

Thanks Docphill.
