Hi Phill Williams,

This is a lovely piece of writing. Your good with lyrics.

Couldn't help but think of all the wonderful fishermen we lost last year to the sea.

Im getting the shivers here reading this, as we have that kind of weather again here at the moment.

May they all return safely home..DV.

Well done, lovely song.

Well If i had a euro

for all the times ive heard  the song  "Danny Boy.   Its funny because when someone says there going to sing it , there usually is a chorus of groans. lol

Then everyone joins in.   I now know why i having Newyorkers here for St Paddys Day".

For Gods sake its only one song of millions of great Irish Songs.  Personally if i was in that
guys pub on Paddies Day i would sing it just to annoy him.  Its also a great marketing ploy
I feel by him.

Wouldn't i love to know how many dollars is being bet on this song being sung anyway!

Ancestry Cavan? They say here the Cavan people are so mean they eat there dinner out
of a drawer, in case anyone calls.  "Drawer closed dinner not shared."

Ah Yes! A cute hoor" He surely knows what he's doing.

Old Doll.

Ps. Do as we do , Danny Boy. gets a swing feel to it. Molly Malone is rocked up.

Ah, so so good,

I feel God made youself and James from the same mould.

We bought my Mam a rocking chair when my dad passed. My Mam was only in her forties then. But she loved her chair, and many babies were cuddled/ loved /kissed and sung to
by her in that same chair. She was a great story teller. The big and small would listen to her for hours as she related and  instilled her own past memories to us... One of my abideing memories of her is her in that big ole Rocking Chair.
My brother has it now. I still love to sit in it when i visit him.

Thanks for the Happy memories Jets.

My Lifes been like one great big book,

Twists and turns, some very sad, But Some fantastic.

When things seems to be going awry in my life, I have a pet phrase that I toss off to remind me of a deep truth. It's EAT-O-TWIST, which is an acronym for Everything Allways Turns Out The Way It's Supposed To. By 'supposed to' I mean the way that we expect things to turn out, the way we spend our time 'supposing' things will turn out, matches the way they will turn out. That 'supposing' is pure creative energy, rightly understood, but it is seldom rightly understood. If we apply such a creative force over time to destroy the things we would else treasure, who can we blame but ourselves?

Hows Professor Jar Head McCormick?, lol

God that made me laugh.. Ive used one of thoses machines for years on my lads.

Your face James, must have been a picture to see, when you realized what you'd done!.

In the early seventies i decided to get a soft perm in my then long hair. I picked a good hairdressers as this was going to be a long haul job. Well she did a long haul job ok! Hauled my hair up so tight i looked like

KIZZY WALLER FROM ROOTS.  My poor Mam thought i had a wig on. My eight brothers gave me great sympathy,

They showed this by calling me "Kunte Kizzy" as they howled with laughter. My sisters said nothing, as they already had natural hair like this.

It took a whole year to grow out, and  Ive kept it short ever since.

Old Doll.

Ps, Jar head is a great book to read. lol

PPs,  Badeye! I like Men with Grey/ silver hair,   Wisdom and Elegant, Or Completely bald shiny heads. But you need a great face for the latter.

Now lovely and all that it is , i really now want the sunshine!!
