For some reason Metallica's Whisky In The Jar springs to mind.

A test which should be nice, let people 70-80 years old listen to a dozen musicians, and ask them after the test, who they hated most, and than you reverse the results
I can't imagine the results of that test... "Which one was he again?"

To be honest, I think Imagine is really dreary, wishy washy and I can't listen to it any more! In fact a lot of Lennon's solo stuff was, to me sycophantic 'listen to how sensitive I am' attention seeking, self serving watery guff.
Haven't really got much of an opinion about McCartney's stuff other than 'so middle of the road it should be run over'.
While my guitar gently weeps knocks all of that into a cocked hat... check out Jake on youtube playing it on the ukelele!
And the Travelling Wilburys were great too!
IMHO

I loved U2 in the '80s and saw them several times - they were superb and always put on a good show. Not quite so keen now but still listen to the older stuff! Still,
Overrated:
Jimi Hendrix - had to bend notes like that as kept getting them wrong
Rolling Stones
Alice Cooper
Kiss
Madonna
and loads more!
Underrated:
Del Amitri
The Kinks
Aerosmith
Blodwyn Pig
Jeff Buckley

As for what all those different flowers and colours mean, well!
Can't I just look and think "They're pretty" and buy some? It's all too complicated for this simple man!

My wife bought me my first guitar a couple of years ago for christmas... Beautiful candy apple red Peavey Predator EXP Plus. Looks good, sounds good (especially when played loud through the 30w Marshall). Coincidentally she also bought me my first acoustic for christmas last year, a nice Tanglewood Indiana. That one hurts my fingers but still love to play.

Chordpro error: This is not a valid artistname. You will have to specify an artistname in the form {st: Artistname} in the beginning of the code.
There you go, you just needed to put square brackets around the word 'song' and again at the end around '/song'

Ok, a blonde walks into a pharmacy and says "Can I have some of that rectal deodorant, please?" The pharmacist looks puzzled and replies "I'm sorry but we don't sell rectal deodorant". The blonde says "Well, I've been using it for about two years now, I tell you what, I'll go home and fetch the can and show you".
Half an hour later she returns triumphantly with a can of deodorant and gives it to the pharmacist. He looks at it and says "But this is just ordinary underarm deodorant"
"Rubbish" says the blonde, "It says right there, to use, push up bottom!"

Yeah, New Kids On The Block, Backstreet Boys (did anyone think that one through? ), Boyz II Men anyone?!!!
