Lovely Song Badeye,

My brothers were called "The Mafia" lol , they were and still are so protective of me.

Your Gem and you! Yes, 2 diamonds.

Been thinking and praying for you both, with the loss of Jimmie. I do believe its so important to tell
the people you love everyday, as we know not the time or place.

Thank You Phill.

You know  it is very frustrating for me at times.  I have So many written,
most come with the melody, i just dont have enough chord ability to do it the way id like to.
Most of what i write comes out of the blue, usually with the name of the person its for. I dont question anymore
i just write. If i dont understand the meaning, they usually do. This one i feel holds a strong message, for the person its written for.

Ok! These are the chords to the Lyrics . I do agree with everyone here, Phil Williams Brought my lyrics to life
by adding The chorus, Then sang and made a splendid recording of all.
It can be heard on Phills Myspace site. Also Foc. And my own Myspace

Lovely Phil,

I love to waltz, as my Dad taught me many moons ago.

I understood the line" I had playing Again" I remember playing tunes

over and over again because they reminded me of someone.

Still do that to this day. Another song of great imagery.

Old Doll.

Good one Jets,

Took me a very long time to be aware of this problem.

Sure in the end we will all just fade away, But look at the legacy in music you've left .

Old Doll.

I listened Scrimmy also,

Very funny song.. It reminded me of a Dave Gibb song, also about Friday Nights and Pints.

His has no bad #####s in his.  I reckon you'd like it though.

Hi Phillyp

Having spent lots of time in America over many years, I can see where G.S. E. is coming from!  I think.

The first time i went there i couldn't believe how insular the People where.  Then over the years i learnt
the very vastness of the place lends to this insulation.
There areas are so vast. There own Tv/ Radio Stations probably have enough Information from each of there areas
to cover news 24/7.
I also discovered recently more then half of Americans never held a passport in there life..They dont have to!
They have amazin places to vist on there own doorsteps.
I spent 9 hours flying time with an American writer who spent 6 months in  Italy every year writing his books,
He did know about Ireland but asked me "where i liked to go for sunshine holidays? I replied. "The Canary Islands"
well he hadnt a clue. Here was this well travelled Man, yet he had not  heard of these places? I explained
The Canary Islands  are an African archipelago which are part of Spain and consist of seven islands of volcanic origin  I explained they were located off the north-western coast of mainland Africa (Morocco and the Western Sahara).
He was facinated, said " He was going to look them up for the next 6 months writing!
I was totally blown away by his lack of knowledge of same.

So PhillyP,   to G S E and our Isle, Definitely not British. But My Northern  Ireland friends still remain under British Rule. So there is a greater complication here for G S E and outsiders to understand.

Our history is long and very complicated. Unless one studies it, its hard to comprehend the great injustice dished
out to our little island by the likes of Cromwell, and many more of the Yahoos who resided in parliment in those time.

Sín Sceall Eilé  { thats another Story }

Old Doll.
So who ever wants to visit, a thousand welcomes to ye. Have a good old "Irish Coffee"
when ye land, it willl blow the head a ya, and sure you'll be feeling like one of our own after that. lol
