Hi UVK,

Im fine, pulling the divil by the tail to  keep ahead of him. We had a great family gathering last w/e. Still trying to recover.
The wedding i believe is to be  August 09. If they can get a venue. Imagine!!
It seems most women here are more fond of wedding cake then i lol.
With the prices they charge here id rather live in sin.  His Ma , {Mise } is trying
to talk them into having a hooley abroad. Some sunshine included.

Anyways  Son im still writing away. My niece recorded a song i wrote  acapello . I think its good. She is doing a degree in Music/ media/ entertainment.  Ill link it to you.

Gods blessings to you and yours this beautiful Day.

lol Topdown,

And there was me thinking everyone knew this ! Ill tell you a wee story.
60 of us traveled to my nephews wedding in Boston  a couple of years ago.
We had so many hat boxes with us they asked where we gonna sell them there lol
There were 2 things struck me most at this wedding.
Not one American Woman wore a hat.
The photos are the funniest.  In one of the photos they all { the American Woman } donned our hats.  Pretty as pictures i might add} They had a photo taken.
Nearly every woman wore black  young and old.  Well the young bride in question is Italian, so maybe that had something to do with it.

I love hats but i dont have a face /  head for one. Just dont seem to suit me.

Ps. The woman who wore our hats were presented with them by us woman box and all before we left. {Another great photo, As now they were all in tee shirts,  sweats and jeans.

Hats off to you Topdown lol
Helena.

Ps The wedding was held in one of the Mansions in Rhode Island.  { Fantastic!

Hi Telemaster17
,
I personally love the lyrics here. You have been given good advice by all here.

Sometimes with out chords its hard to see where its going, but i see this as a slow ballad softly picked. I dont think words have to rhyme to get a better finish to a song.

Good luck and well done to you.

Hi Zurf,
I laughed all through that. I Know I know.. My old Jack Russell "Lady" is beginning to have wee accidents.
She refuses to look at me when this happens. Totally ignores me untill its cleaned.
My Kids are grown but i remember the days.. My biggest  problem now is dog hairs lol A small price to pay for  having my dogs.
Dont fret, You make 3 homes in a lifetime. The first with you and your wife. The second when the kids are midway,  the 3rd when they leave.  By that time your eyesight fades, your nose goes Kaput.  These things just dont reach top of your daily chores in the latter years.      Just get rid of the carpets.  There a pain.

Ya lucky duck Badeye,

sounds like a great time was had by all. Whats with the cranks complaining?  these people who like quiet.
One of the nicest memories i have from childhood is,  Falling  asleep listening to music and the beauty
of people voices singing.  Our neighbour would sing all kinds of Italian songs. O soleo mio, Catari,  and so on.
Bliss  i tell you to drift off to.

I looked up the hotel also. Great Place!.

Loads of sleep now Badeye and some milk thistle to help the ole liver back to normality. lol

Love to Gem and yourself.

Yes i enjoyed this song.

You have a witty side to your writing which is always nice to see.  It tells me your not all serious.

I also like Imaginary Tourist . The power of the mind.      Books do it for me!

Thank You.

Hi Justdeb,

By whose standard do you live ? Take a wee bit of advice from me. Love yourself, not in an arrogant way.
But you and all you do. Some people are sensitive enough to be vunerable.

6 MONTHS!. Well, you did fine. If you love what you do keep doing it. It will improve. You will get great tips here
from the Chordians. My own brother is in the music business many years. We  laugh now at some of his earlier stuff.

But he kept doing it over many years. He is still improving Godbless him, and You.

Happy Sunday to You. lol

Life just becomes to difficult for some. Sad kinda song but good.

Hi Zurf,

sometimes when i write the melody is right there with the words. But i have so many with no melodies.

I guess my ability to put music  to my words is very scarce.

But try,  its good therapy.  Hope your feeling as good  and healthy as those  fresh trout you catch.

God to you.

From The Emerald.

The mighty Mojo,
