Thanks for all the advice guys

Before sporting events, people set up grills, cornhole, etc. in the parking lot and everybody hangs out. People call it tailgating because a popular seat is on the tailgate of a truck

Well I asked the blues man
Where does the truth lie?
Said 'its in the hands
of the guitar man
And in the blues he cries...

Ao I asked the blues man
What there was to lose
Said' If you want to bend
them guitar strings
You gotta pay your dues..

Sounds awesome

So I'm getting ready to go to the beach, and of course I'm taking my acoustic, so is there anything I should really be careful with? The guy at the local guitar store said to tune my guitar down before the trip since humidity will affect the wood and I don't want the neck warped surely. Any tips/advice is greatly appreciated, thanks. Oh and I'll miss the Chordie community the week I'm gone.

People in Ohio with rebel flags. If you wanna wave a rebel flag around in the south, go ahead, honor your heritage or whatever... but in Ohio? We were in the damn Union! (Thank god)

Oh yeah I know how big tailgating can be in the SEC. But it's definitely a great experience to meet new people and enjoy great food and B-S-ing lol. We always go to the Indy 500, where we camp out with this guy who's like the 2-time grilling champion of Michigan... wow is his food incredible

New posts you've yet to see I think

I have the first choice (probably a Kyser model), as do all of my friends... and nobody has ever had any problems with them. Solely your choice, but I always say it's better to buy quality once than trash twice.

Hey Hey My My by Neil Young

Oh yeah how could I forget, this year in Ohio sports! Gotta be some kind of curse. Buckeye football, buckeye basketball, Cleveland Cavs, and Columbus Destroyers all lost in the championship game!

I wish my girlfriend would play... she has extremely small hands though so it's really hard to form chords

lol a corn dog is a breaded hot dog on a stick.

All I really despise are people that try to push their views on you.... oh and "most" cover songs

I would take Clapton off the list, he's been a member of several bands
