Music magic is the sound of nature to my ears. So i could not believe when i heard that bee colonies are dissapearing at a rapid rate around the world?
They pollinate 95% of the crops and are worth 10 billion dollars alone in the USA. Insects polinators contribute to 1/3 of the worlds diet! There were 1.6 million colonies in California, now rapidly being depleted by fire.
But is it greed again? not leaving enough honey in the combs to continue the supply? or the honey chasers who follow the crops with there colonies? A road crash in Canada this week, released millions of bees being transported to other areas. God, when will we ever learn to allow nature do what it knows best!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/7482718.stm

Will it upset you if I groan? About my honey leaving home
And it’s looking like he could Bee gone for good
When his wings was all a buzz Round my honey pot was love
As he propagated as the sun was long.

He was slick, or could be golden, Sometimes thick or even molten
But always sweet as nectar so can be
He’s my honey and I loved him in my tea or on my toast
Swirled in porridge  the utmost Taste upon my tongue

His colony now is empty, His queen is skinny and trendy
Wearing Jimmy Choo's and dressed in honey lace
There’s lipstick on the drone, He don’t buzz now only moans
As his queen keeps him working night and day.

No bees wax for the floors as he rushes out the door.
To his office now his flight in full retreat
His wings now he must shove, logo-ed tee shirt "honeyluv"
His boxers fit him now just like a glove.

A world without my honey isn’t real and isn’t funny
Our plants will lay all dead around our feet
Can science not find out what this blight is all about
Before  honey combs comes crashing  in defeat..

Honeybee/ lover,

Great song Kap54,

The ebb and flow of rivers or sea has that calming affect on me always.
My energy always shifts to a good place.
Sure we all get into ruts! Sometimes finding the will  to do so is difficult. But staying there is a bigger problem!

Lovely Writing.

Hi Kap54,
Well the lottery was won by a syndicate. 32 euro multi quick pick. The ticket  was bought in Carlow, a wee town about 30 minutes drive from here. Some people from A local cement factory were the winners. I think 16 shared the winnings.
This factory also had a big win some years ago, so lightening can strike twice!.
I do hope they enjoy there winnings with the same joy as the anticipation they had when buying the ticket.

Ps, 3/5/10/14/ i also play each week, so i will now continue to play these with your 2 numbers also.

You keep writing, ill keep playing lol

From the Emerald, lol

Yeehaw Daddycool,

These songs always remind me of me Da, he loved westerns. I remember one time we had watched a cowboy film with him. When it was finished ,he asked the wee ones to go quick and get a sweeping brush  and pan? When asked for what ? he said "To clean up all the horse manure from behind the TV ??. God i remember i laughed meself silly at the faces of the wee ones.
I used to hang an old straw hat on my outstretched arm, him and i would sing this song while  Me Mam played Harmonica.   Gosh such happy simple times they were.
I could tell you another story about this song and 28 woman in africa! But its so rude, i know Per would have a stroke. So its for my memoirs.

Hi Jets ,

I can so relate to all of this song. Its so good. You got right in there some how.

I do believe we are meant to share our lives with someone else. We are made to love and be loved. Its easier  not to commit then be deeply hurt again, but also very lonesome at times.

Now they would be centre page, Not a bother to them! Indeed i have many censored photos from our trips abroad. I could only manage to find Just one respectable one for myspace.

Yes i agree James, the do have great smiles!

Well Topdown,

I am only seeing this post now. lol. I reckon the last time anyone seen me naked was when the Doctor slapped my ass into life :lol. Many Tangerine Moons ago.

There was great laugh over this, and fair play to those who had the guts to do this

In this weather?   Heres a link. I kid you not, when i say i know the 2 woman in the 2nd picture VERY VERY VERY  WELL.
{sorry - link edited out . . . nudity & such . . . all rather artsy, but not here}
The first time i was on a nudist beach was in Maspalomas, Tenneriffe. One old guy was hunkered down in the dunes looking like he was cooking sausage for his breakfast.
HIS OWN!  God i nearly got sick at the sight.. No! theres a time when the human form only looks good dressed, me included.  Strange Topdown how a womans body reacts to the cold.? Some Body parts become more pert. lol while the mens whatsits shrivel.

PS. Isnt that James Fella a cheeky Git?  MOI !  Left and centre ? I ask ya! He needs a good clatter around the ear hole.

                                                  Left "Old Doll "Centre.

Love to ya! Topdown.
