I had a similar problem. I could not get my "View post since last visit" option to work as it once did. I was was offered advice to clean my cookies but my computer is set not to save cookies so that did not help though good and appreciated advice. However it got me to thinking and I did a "Disc Clean up" procedure and removed the temporary files. Problem solved. To do this on Windows XP I went to System tools .Temporary files and Cookies are not the same I suppose. I hope this helps. Al
Good to see you back in here Buddy. Hope you recover well.
Thanks, wlbaye. I will soon be out of action for a while due to medical issues but will set down with this just as soon as possible.
Nela
Will be thinking of you on the Ninth.
Problem solved. Thanks to all. After cleaning my cookies I decided after my last post to run a disc clean up of the temporary files. It worked. Now thanks to Roger my bar is covered in cookie crumbs but my cookie jar is clean and my Oreos are the cleanest in town. Al
Didn't help, but I thank you anyway. I'll just do as Amy does for a while and see if it clears up. Thanks to you too Amy.
My "Posts since last visit" feature is not working. I get an error ond blank page when I try to access that way. I can go through the index and find them fine. Any suggestions?
I change every 3-4 months and I play thhem often. If you buy a tuner peg winder, they usually have a notch in one end to pull the pegs out.

I use one and did not realize it had one. Thanks!
I keep my funny face on all year long.
Dennis we have you on our church prayer list and the Bluegrass Club list and the Chordie gang and I am sure others. Hurry up and get well so we can Jam some more. Even if you make fun of my playing and singing. Al
Got you on my heart and in our prayers Dennis.
Bushy and Zurph,
Thanks for going to the trouble to post the picture. The contents have changed a lot.
Any chance you could post a picture of the contents? It would be interesting to see how it has changed.
Would everyone please use English?
Yes I am. It does a great job for my needs.
This place is so different from the other forums I am familiar with (not a bad thing)where you chat back and forth regularly. If someone misses a day or two you wonder what's wrong. But on chordie it's more about the music (as it should be) and you can be gone a couple of years and not be missed. It's not that we don't care, we just don't realize it's been a while since a member has posted. I feel guilty for not missing Doc and others in their absence. Welcome back and keep in touch.
Men or women?
Hoping all goes well.
I use Word pad. I used to put the chords over the words but I found that occasionally when I printed the song they didn't line up perfectly. Thats when I started putting the chords in line with the words exactly where the chord change occurs. It works better for me.
Chordie has been doing great for me. My computer is getting slow at everything.I hate to see it quit because I am not sure I'll buy another.
Louisiana. We'll treat you so many ways you'll have to like some of them. Actually I am a transplanted Delawarian. I wasn't born in Louisiana but I got here as fast as I could.
NELA and his home came through the storm fine, however he has just gotten over a case of Bronchial Pneumonia. Now he has a cold. Sounds like the cold is the worse of the two. He is working farther south of me than he was.
I will try to call NELA later today and report back.
I have no (pet) peeves. Everything ticks me off now days! I'd like to be a hermit with my guitars and a life time supply of strings.
