Hi Amy, yes he knew he had the it, he lost interest in playing a few years back, my visit was good timing because

he was getting ready for a big yard sale and said "here brad you can use these" my eye's grew big like a kid in a

candy store. Been playing around with the bass and it's a whole bunch of fun. Kitchen jam this weekend in my

kitchen, can't wait.

For me I quit smoking 5 years ago and needed something to keep me busy so I  did not smoke. My wife bought me a guitar, self taught, now I've collected five acoustics, an electric, couple of ukes, next is a bass.
still smoke free and still collecting,playing and learning, much healthier this way.
