As most of you know I have been living in a Craig's List find apt for the last , mmm what now, 6 months. I spent last week on and off with a realtor and yesterday (May 1st) morning I submitted a bid. I gave up on a 2 car garage for a 1 car, and I dont have much yard, but at the prices around here,, I think I can live with it.
Another bid was put in right behind mine for more money actually, yet (if I am to take my agents word) He is one hell of a salesman! They went with with my offer as their agent believed my ability to actually carry it all through was a better deal, and it was a Navy family who's wife was retiring. He said they wanted to keep things in the navy family. So once the money is actually a go,, I should have a house by the time Carla and the Dogs are ready to come to town. was telling the kids tonight that we had a house. Mine is due to close on the 18th, and in may ( Labor day) I will be heading to TX to help with that drive.

didnt want to fill up with stock pics but it has a BIG basement! and a office that I just see acoustic foam on the walls of, in main room a drum set in the corner, and my amps and stuff and still room for some other toys
I have a inspection on Wednesday. so I will take real pics then.

Actually Easy, its more of a tom petty sound,,, well I was listening to his Mudcrutch track, maybe nipped a idea or two, but i write a lot that way ,, i think of lines to go with what the artist is saying. but I end up going a different direction. OH and a new one on the cloud, another cover of on of Jims.

I added to the ending also. I should have turned up the vocals but still finding sweet spot for live mix between vocal and guitar amps. Went for a Pink Floyd feel but dont know if I managed it. hope you like it.

Kim, you must have listened to my stuff I posted on here! LOLOL (the punk /metal reference). I have others. As fairly bad singer, look for anyone who can sing to give a few of my songs a shot. Not all are metal, or heavy punk, lolol depends on the attitude you want to take with them.

My two cents, a shallow ovation "Student" guitar, small easy to play tough composite body and good action. If size is not an issue, The Xaviere that I brought to CS. sounds and plays great, great action, and oh about $150.00, right now on sale, if really needing to go small, the Martin back packer should do it.

I am still grasping at the fact you still play WOW! LOLOL D you play COD or GTA online too? you may have played my kids in anything other than WOW. but you probably play my old navy chief and his wife LOL
Whenever he would get in my rear about something, I would just say " So I heard from the guys your mage got killed" or some bs along those lines, Then I would have to listen to him for an hour, but it was better than the butt chewing LOL

Dang Amy,You dont know how much I would love to show up there! I missed ya at CS and the last gathering, I fly home on May 28th to drive up here with Carla and the dogs. it would be one heck of a "wrong turn at Albuquerque" if we ended up there with 5 dogs in tow lolol Ill be looking for the skype sessions and maybe I will be able to log in with zurf.
