My email and Ebay account have both been hacked. I have bought and sold quite a bit of stuff on ebay and have 100% positive feedback and that's what the thieves like. They were using my account to sell fraudulent items.Ebay shut my account down because they were suspicous transactions.I got everything back to normal today. I also checked my paypal but they hadn't been there yet.I changed my passwords on all emails and most other accounts
I hear this is going on quite a bit, so be careful.

Jeez Toney, I struggled to keep it together just listening to it. And my daughter's only 12. Lovely little song.
I am gonna give this a try,I think I can do it.

A great song, but I don't know where you would get all the horses.
I think I can find the horses but I'm having trouble finding enough fiddlers,it's hard enough just finding one.

Yes, "Love And Happiness" is a nice song very good for a wedding.
I wasn't referring to "Clay Pigeons" or "Can't you See" but I think she would like one slow Love song.So I am still deciding on the other two.

Hello Lena,
She has requested "Can't You See" by Marshall Tucker and she loves John Prine so I think I will do "Clay Pigeons" and the other two I haven't decided for sure yet.I have been getting alot of help with suggestions from fellow chordians so I have to listen to a bunch I need to do one or two sappy ones so its kinda tough for me. I'm kind of a roughneck to be singing love songs.

Hello All,
I have a daughter getting married in May and she has asked me to play at the wedding reception before the Headliner band of the night takes the stage.
She has requested that I play "Can't You See" by Marshall Tucker and she loves John Prine so I will play "Clay Pigeons"
www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwSZod4f2T8 I am just learning this one but I really like it.I need four songs so I need two more and I will be playing acoustic.
Suggestions Please,I just can't make my mind up.

Hello Lena
Going of course alittle,I am wondering how you are coming along with "Ripple".. I also have a daughter getting married in May and she has asked me to play 4 songs to open for the Jalan Crossland Band. I would love to play "Ripple" but I don't think I sing it very well, but I haven't given up just yet.
Nice Poem!!

Thank You, Roger
I am not an instructor as you can probably tell, but it seemed to be a question that keeps coming up time after time. I have shown alot of folks from our guitar guild "For What its Worth" strumming and the general consensus was WOW now I get it.So I thought that would be a good one.
I have a few more that I am gonna get up,but I am working a big job that I am close to finishing,so I will get some time soon.

I got it figured out, when I added my digitech vocal 4,I found out it has a phantom power switch and now everything is cool. The phantom power on my amp head is cut back too much to work well on its own.
Thanks Pix

Re: Playing Live with a Condensor Mic (3 replies, posted in Guitars and accessories)
I have a KSM27 Shure mic and I would like to use it with my acoustasonic which does have phantom power but it doesn't seem to have enough, I think I must need a pre-amp and more power.
The Ultralight acoustasonic has 125W per side so it must have something to do with the phantom thing.I am wondering also about the use of just one side of the amp.Normally I have a guitar plugged in and a dynamic mic in the other side and it has lots of power and volume.

Hello, wondering if anyone has experience playing live with a condensor mic.I like the natural sound the bluegrass folks get and would like to give it a try.I use a fender ultralight acoustasonic amp that has phantom power, but I'm wondering what else is needed to get a good sound in a small indoor venue.

Re: How to play a G chord - or re-learning chords after lots of years (26 replies, posted in Acoustic)
I play mostly 2 3 4 and one advantage is adding a c note to your g chord with your index also going from G to G7 is easier. If you are playing an alernating bass you can lift your finger of the b note while you are playing the g note of the chord and vise versa and get some good results lifting your fingers on and off.
