It should look something like this:
Roger
Just checking.
You do know that there is a limit of 100 songs per songbook. Get to 100 and you cannot add any more and have to start another book.
This may not be relevant but it does not appear to have been mentioned.
Roger
Bump!!
A conversation between Amy and Bill made me think that Bill might like to receive the parcel if it is still doing the rounds. Just a thought.
Roger
Here in the Algarve it is around 15 deg C (59 F). Been somewhat cloudy today but sunshine for the next few days is forecast.
Roger
No problem Bill. As we found out, with over half a million registered users, to find something that has not been taken can be a little difficult. But we got there.
Out of curiosity, do you still have access to your Songbook, or did you lose it with the change?
Roger
I would love to see Toney performing, if I do not drown swimming over.
Roger
Bill,
I have not received an e-mail from you. I have now sent two to the e-mail address listed in your profile. Is it right?
Roger
Dino, I have added one in your post so you can click on 'Edit' to see how it is done. Also read Amy's 'Sticky' about adding a photos.
Roger
You should be seeing something like this with the 'ADD' to Songbook shown.
Roger
Hi Bill,
You cannot, but I can change your username however there is a chance that you might lose any Songbooks you have. Please send me a private message and we sort it out for you.

Probably be a world record. I say go for it.
OK I have bought some swimming trunks and started taking lessons. I can now get from one end of the pool to the other (as long as I start at the deep end so I can stand if I don't quite make it). I wonder how long it will take me and when should I start swimming to get there on time?
Roger
I see that Amy has probably answered your query better than I. You did not say you were trying to export to an external software programme called Songbook and , as I have never heard of it, I did not know
Roger
Once you have imported songs into your songbook and you click on 'My songbook' you will see a page similar to mine shown below. As you can see I do not use the default My Songbook but haver renamed one as Roger's Songbook with 31 songs and another as Temp with 64 songs for my work in progress songs.
I can then click on any song I have in there, edit, correct, transpose and save to print out or use from my laptop as I wish. Copy and paste are not needed within Chordie.
I have a feeling that you are trying to do, or expecting Chordie to do, something different.
Roger
It had crossed my mind but in my opinion the only problem would be if the guitar top warped. Most of the tension is along the string so I think that the torsion on the bridge will be minimal and well within a guitar's design limits, but only time will tell.
Roger
It would be 4300 miles (7,000Km) from me. That is an awfully long swim.
Roger
I wish you guys would not keep putting these fancy do-dads up on here!!
First it was Russ with his automatic tuners; my Fender Strat went and ordered itself one and now it is Tenenment Funster with his Power pins. My Tanglewood acoustic has gone and ordered itself a set of these.
I am banning my guitars from e-bay and Amazon.
Roger
Get well soon amigo and please give all the pretty nurses a New Years Kiss from me.
Roger
P.S.
As the kisses will be from me She Who Must Be Obeyed cannot object
Unfortunately the picture you sent me Gavin was only 500kb and when it is shown at this size it is rather grainy.
Anyway here is the guitar in question, very similar to my mid 70's Melody 12er but hardly surprising as Melody made guitars for Eko
Roger
I normally use nylon .67mm ones for two reasons. They are flexible enough for me to both strum and pick and they are bright orange, so even if I do drop one and it goes and it runs under something to hide, I can easily find it;

If we look at this version of the carol: http://www.chordie.com/chord.pere/www.r … e-faithful
and press the chopro button you will see this:
[G]O come, all ye [D]faithful. [G]Joy-[D]ful [G]and [Am]tri-[G]um-[D]phant,
[Em]O come [D]ye, [A]O [D]come ye [G]to [D]Be-[A7]th-[D]lehem.
[G]Come [D7]and [G]be[D7]hold [G]Him,
[D]born [G]the [Em]King [Am]of [D]angels:
[G]O come [D]let [G]us [D7]a[G]dore Him,
[G]O come [D]let [G]us [D7]a[G]dore [D]Him,
[G]O [Am]come [G]let [Am]us [A7]a[D]dore [G]Hi-[Am]m,
[G]Chri-[D7]st [G]the [G]Lord.
It is written with the chords in the place they appear in the song and when the proper formatting is added it should look like this:
So pressing the chopro button will show you where the chords should be and if it is any different when you look at the normally formatted version something at your end is preventing it.
Roger
My new girl friend Zurf...........................
No I lie!! It is my 24 year old granddaughter, Emma.
It will never be used as: a/ I do not want to damage it and
b/ it is made of metal and far too stiff for me
