Your feeling guilty. If you would hold him and call him baby like you do your guitar all will be well. By the way, have you ever mistakenly called him Martin?lol

I can't see them either but Congrats and welcome.

We are praying for you my friend.

I use them on everything I have with no problems.
By the way, my user name comes from my poor playing, not from the strings I use.lol

Is it ok to do copyrighted songs in a jam session? I have read so much info that makes me think it is wrong but just can't believe it is since no one is getting pad to do it. Actually it's a complement for some one to like a song well enough to try and share it.

When restringing my Mandolin I rub soap in the slots in the nut so the strings won't drag and cause excess tension while tuning. At least one of the grooves on my E strings is tighter than it should be. Soap is cheaper than strings or a trip to the luthier. Oh oh! No offence folks.

Wish I could go too. Although I don't know the man being remembered I hope it turns out to be a memorable event for all who do. I lived in Mount Storm, WVA when I was young. 1946-1952 I suppose.

We jam 2 or 3 nights a week and space gets limited at some circles. That's when I use my Nook instead of a big ole songbook. At 70 remembering the words-well it has to be a song I like very very much.

My son has one and several nice guitars. I have to play it a little each time I go over there. They say they sound even better if you buy strings for a 12 string and use the smaller strings for the banjo and the larger strings on a guitar.

I remember him and his music. I never was a real fan but hate to hear of his passing. If I remember correctly he was once a postman possibly in Shreveport, La. 30 miles down the road from me.
